Date: 2006-11-12 03:03 am (UTC)I'll guess your guess is correct. OC lets up to four people get together and scribble on the same canvas. It has some drawbacks (like people joining halfway through will only see things drawn afterwards) but overall rather nice tools, especially compared to web-based things like Groupboard. I mirrored the last freeware version (1.1) on my site at http://www.foxmage.com/oC11b68.exe
