How to pass exams, as told by a university lecturer:

Answer question 1 by writing out everything you know.

Answer all other questions by writing "See question 1".

There is a catch to this: usually you only have an hour and a half (not enough time to write out everything), and also they like to set evil questions like "Is X true?", to which "Yes, no" is not a vaild answer.

i usually find writing everything i know takes more than an hour and a half... luckily i have 3 hours for each of my finals this summer
