Yup--called my ISP today, they told me to check the wiring inside of the house. >_

Hmm. In this case I was downloading a large (~246MB) file from FilePlanet, and at about ~242MB the web server got bored with me and stopped sending me data. Which is very annoying, as being FilePlanet you can't resume downloads (they've got a fancy download queue thing).
