It's the same formula for every VH1 Behind the Scenes show. Band works hard in local scene, band gets big break, band becomes famous, band becomes REALLY famous, band goes absolutely nuts, tragedy strikes, band breaks up and goes on to lead dismal lives until someone comes along and saves them, then they become more or less normal people again.
