torkellThose TV licencing people are persistent. I think I've had a total of 4 letters from them, three of which contained application forms, all saying "you don't have a TV licence". It's true, I don't have one. Neither do I have a TV, video recorder, or cpature card capable of capturing TV signals. I do have a capture card capable of capturing from composite and s-video sources in everything bar PAL60, but it can't de hooked up to an antenna without an external decoder, so it doesn't count.
Presumably at some point they'll knock on the door and have a look round to prove that I don't need a licence.
