'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe

It's the same here in western Washington. There was about an inch of snow for 4 days, and half the shops were shut down. There are videos on YouTube of cars swerving, busses crashing, etc... All despite the fact that it snows about once every two years. Do people forget how to drive every two years?
