There are some advantages of living next to a major road junction. Every so often, you see some rather odd things trundle by.

Today's surprise was a collection of military-looking low loaders. Earlier I'd spotted them heading along almost completely empty despite being covered in flashing amber lights and thought nothing much of it. A moment ago they came back from whichever base they visited... now carrying a collection of IFVs and tanks.
