Well, if the rumours are correct then HMV is about to go into administration. Hopefully they'll recover, as if they don't and are closed then that's the last major music store in the UK gone. All the others either got borged or went bust, and pretty much the only main ones left are Smiths and the supermarkets but they're useless for anything not in the charts. There's still plenty of independents around, but they're harder to find.
