UPS: beeeeeeeeeeep!
Myself and daddy: wtf?

It looks like the fan in the oven has failed, and tripped the main breaker in the process. This is less than helpful, especially when everyone is busily putting Christmas lunch together.

Ah well, it wouldn't be Christmas without something failing. Though usually whatever appliance fails picks a less inconvenient time to do so...
