Tuna Pasta Bake
Nov. 14th, 2008 11:43 pmToday's random recipie: Tuna Pasta Bake. Either a very generous meal for one or an average meal for two.
Cook a few handfuls of pasta. While that's boiling, take half a ball of mozarella and chop it up into small chunks. Drain a tin of tuna and half a tin of sweetcorn as well.
When the pasta's cooked, drain it and put it back into the pan. Add a knob of butter, the mozarella, tuna and sweetcorn. Throw in a little basil and oregano as well. Mix it all together a bit over a low heat until the mozarella starts to melt, then serve and eat.
