Hmm, I seem to be getting quite a few short brownouts round here (had a couple a month ago, and one just now that lasted a few seconds).

No, I do mean universal (in the sense of power supplies that run on anything from 100v to 250v).

I have considered a UPS - Staples currently do smallish Belkin ones for IIRC £50-£100. Might get one when I eventually put my grand server plan together.
