torkellBah. Cloud cover makes for boring sun rises, and boring photos. 1 second exposures aren't helping.
Though there's a little bird perched on a post in the garden, welcoming the new morning with a happy little song.
Y'know, you can almost see the change in light outside. Not five minutes ago, I wouldn't have been able to see what colour the chimney stack of the house opposite is. Half an hour ago, the garden was various shades of not-quite-grey, and now the grass is green, the flowers are pink, and the clothes pegs are blue. I can even see the laptop keyboard now.
Heh, there's a blackbird up early. Well, you know what they say about the early bird.
It's very peaceful, this early in the morning. None of the hustle and bustle of everyday life, just the gentle twitter of birds singing away, and the rustle of wind in the trees.
Meh, time for me to actually get some sleep.
