torkellRight, my nice new Antec TruePower 430W powersupply has arrived. Time to go and swap them over. And due to the magic of hibernation, I don't even need to shut the computer down.
For posterity, and to show how badly fubar'd the current psu is:

Core 1.79v (1.79/1.79/1.79)
+3.3 3.42v (3.42/3.42/3.42)
+5 4.76v (4.68/4.74/4.78)

...and I'm back! New figures (no min/max yet):

Those look a lot better. The new supply even has a nice large 120mm fan, which as I type is slowly rising from 850rpm to 1028rpm (and on up) as the system *literally* warms up.
