FileZilla? Slightly bells-and-whistlesy, I'll admit, but it's capable of speaking a wide variety of file-transfer protocols (yes, including various SFTP implementations) and it supports drag-and-drop copying.

I've used it before when I'm on a windows platform, normally to good effect.
