A drift of swans

I have a whole host of overdue updates to post! First off, here's Monday's delayed photo (which despite the date was actually uploaded on Tuesday):



I took this on an evening stroll to Sainsbury's. It's an interesting contrast to the ponds at work - there, there's maybe a half dozen or so swans (and I've no idea where the cygnets went - one day they'd just hatched, the next there was no sign of them). Here at the top of Fareham creek I counted upwards of 30, gently drifting on the water.
