Dec. 13th, 2013 06:08 pmYou know you work in telecoms when your desk has five different phones and you decide that actually for your testing, that's not enough and you really need a sixth phone.
And I do mean different. Currently there's an old phone hooked up to the PBX, a SIP client running on a PC, and three SIP phones (of which one has a single line, one has two lines, and one has four lines - all of which are enabled and will do something). It gets very silly juggling all the handsets and headsets when you've got multiple calls being transferred every which way!
