"Oops, sorry, must be a dodgy line. Anyway, I'm phoning to try to get you to buy double-glazing because there's some government scrappage scheme for replacing old stuff. Have you got any windows or doors more than 9 years old?"
"Nope, because this place was only built a few years ago"
"Ah. Um. Well, how about a conservatory?"
"Nope, because it's a first floor flat"

It was rather amusing hearing the mental cogs grind when I hit the telemarketer with that lot.
