May. 12th, 2011 10:28 pmYet another reason why "#!" in URLs is a horrible abomination that should be fired into the sun: it breaks the semantics of <link rel="alternate">.
This micro-rant brought to you by finding that Facebook does provide RSS feeds for fanpages, but only if you navigate directly to the non-hashbang version of the fanpage URL. And their Javascript doesn't update the <link> tag (I'm not even sure if you can rewrite that via Javascript) when it does an AJAX load of a different page.
