Name That Song, round 6

Fine, so talismancer quite rightly mocked the lack of usefulness of my previous post. To be honest I doubt this post is any less useless than the previous one, but it does contain much more uselessness.

You know the drill:
Step 1: Put your media player on random.
Step 2: Post the first few lines from the first 30 songs that play, no matter how embarrassing the song.
Step 3: Let everyone guess what song and artist the lines come from.
Step 4: Bold the songs when someone guesses correctly. Post the answers in a few days.
Using a search engine will, as usual, result in much snarkage.

(no subject)

Overheard on the bus radio this morning:

"Please do not use the radio unless it's an emergency or you're coming up to time for a tea break. Repeat, do not use the radio except for emergencies or if it's time for your tea break."

For context, the South coast got hit last night/this morning by torrential rain. Of course this happened a couple of days after gale force winds had stripped the leaves from the trees, so all the drains were blocked and there was plenty of flooding.
