Solve the code
Nov. 27th, 2009 11:59 pmOn the Jazz2Online forum there used to be a thread wherein people would post encrypted messages and challenge other people to decrypt them. I came up with this one, and so far only the first layer of enciphering has been decoded.
The plaintext is a short phrase, with all spaces and punctuation removed. The plaintext may not be the same length as the ciphertext. Further hints are available if you get stuck.
