(no subject)

Given that it's taking nearly 3 seconds to ping my ISP's own website, I'm suprised this is even working. Last time I saw performance this bad was when I was only just in range of a wireless access point, and had something like 75% packet loss.

Edit: there's enough latency that on the first attempt, the challenge expired before this was posted! Something is seriously screwed up with the connection here.

Edit: and after editing this, I'm now having problems posting the edits!
