Sep. 4th, 2006 05:44 pmWhat's the most annoying thing about missing a train?
Knowing that if you'd been 3 seconds faster, you'd have caught it. Knowing that if you'd not assumed you were going to miss it and slowed down, but instead run those few metres, you'd have caught it.
Knowing that if you weren't stuck behind two people ambling along at .001 mph, you'd have caught it with ease (yay for a naturally fast walking speed).
Ah well, 'twas only 20 minutes to the next one.

Date: 2006-09-05 04:14 am (UTC)Hurray for naturally fast walking speeds! It pleases me that I can walk a whole mile per hour more than the average, and for lengths if I have to. How fast do you walk? Do you ever feel bad when you have to shove people out of your way?
