What is a cloudberry, anyway?

Today's random discovery is that while a Kopparberg mixed fruits cider is a bad idea for making a gravy/sauce/whatever for the pork medallion recipe I posted last year, the Kopparberg cloudberry one that I picked up out of curiosity (what is a cloudberry, anyway?) works rather well. Especially with a decent dollop of clotted cream.

Come to think of it I've still got some cream left, along with a couple of apples and half a bag of crumble mix. Mmmm... apple crumble...
