Those TV licencing people are persistent. I think I've had a total of 4 letters from them, three of which contained application forms, all saying "you don't have a TV licence". It's true, I don't have one. Neither do I have a TV, video recorder, or cpature card capable of capturing TV signals. I do have a capture card capable of capturing from composite and s-video sources in everything bar PAL60, but it can't de hooked up to an antenna without an external decoder, so it doesn't count.

Presumably at some point they'll knock on the door and have a look round to prove that I don't need a licence.

Isn't it funny how people tend to assume that it's entirely impossible that people in the modern world could exist without a TV?

if you send them a letter back saying "i don't have a tv license, quit bothering me" they should stop sending you those letters... although i can't guarantee it'll work! i don't think it'll stop them coming round and checking, but at least they won't waste quite so much rainforest by repeat mail!
ps i'm sorry i've been really crap at getting organised this term, but i promise you'll get that coke at some stage!!! maybe week 1 next term, before all the madness hits?
