In fairness, that's a shitty User-Agent string. And is presumably primarily there because of Microsoft's habit of mutually-incompatible .NET releases.

well.. it's certainly not the current Apache Header Range bug. Windows servers are supposed to use IIS.

Actually, it might be related - one thing Apache recommend (the server this came from claims to be "Apache", with no version) is adding "LimitRequestFieldSize 200" to the .htaccess. It turns out that that User-Agent is a little over 200 characters long.
