02082961470 seems to be very determined to call me. Unfortuantly, they don't actually seem to be interested in leaving a message on the answerphone, or even saying anything when I answer.

Hmm.

Edit: 01603764442 is also following the same pattern. I thought the TPS was supposed to stop all these calls?
